Use Google Voice for Intelligent Call Routing
Google Voice is a new way to manage all our call/SMS forwarding. You can customize in such a way that when a particular caller gives you a call, either your work phone or mobile or both rings. Google Voice also provides you transcripts for your voice mails.

@Srikanth.. Unfortunately, all the voice communication features are available only in US.
I personally liked it very much and it is particularly useful if we want to manage what phone to ring when a particular caller calls you up.
